Fun and Fundraisers

Last Saturday the United Methodist Women of the Church at Chelsea Park had a great fundraiser. Everyone attending brought new or gently used items to be sold off. The proceeds went to our Missions Fund. The best part was that everything was 1 dollar. We had lots of stuff and lots of laughs. Door prizes and game prizes were furnished by local businesses. Food and punch was furnished by the ladies. All together we raised $200 for our missions. We would like to thank our members for bringing their friends and giving of their time and money. We would like to especially thank our member Linda Taylor for organizing the event and the local businesses that donated the prizes.
